The owners live nearby in a separate building on the grounds of the 10 acre rural plot which gives you complete privacy
It is within walking distance of the picturesque village of Castle Combe which was voted the prettiest village in Britain. The centre of Bath is 25 mins away. This city is known for its beautiful architecture, natural hot springs Roman baths, Abbey, fantastic restaurants and art and culture.

The house is absolutely wonderful! Everything it's a delight if you come from a busy place like London. Kate has been absolutely welcoming and provided us with everything we needed. Nothing was out of place, the room is cozy, warm and lovely. We're surely coming back again!
October 2016Had a super night at Greenbarrow - Kate was very friendly and welcoming and the whole place was extremely comfortable and to a high standard, in a lovely secluded and peaceful setting. The generous breakfast spread was the perfect start for a day of racing at Castle Combe!
October 2016We stayed here over a weekend and it was lovely! Kate and her family were very welcoming and so helpful. The setting is quiet, peaceful and beautiful and the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. There are big beds with lots of pillows and a nice communal space with a tv and comfy sofa. Breakfast in the morning was excellent and there are a number of pubs nearby for dinner. Thanks Kate and the team!
October 2016This was a very nice 2 bed apartment, we very much enjoyed our stay with our 3 children. Kate and her husband were lovely, have a gorgeous home next door and we're very helpful during our stay. The breakfast they provided was a nice touch and very well done. The apartment was finished to a very high standard, with a nice amount of privacy from the main house and in a wonderful setting. We would certainly stay again.

November 2016Our stay at Kate's house has been wonderful. The place is really well decorated with brand new and quality furnitures. The two ensuite rooms are fully equiped and allow guests to enjoy a beautiful country view in the morning. The big lounge and breakfast area is comfortable with a table for 4, sofa and big flatscreen. Everything has been done with taste for the guests to enjoy their stay. We've been welcomed with a smile and a recommandation for a great pub (less than 2 miles from the house) where you can enjoy a real great english meal. Thanks for everything. Will recommend this place to my friends.
